CEGG
continues to provide our clients with building system commissioning
services. Commissioning is defined as the systematic process of
ensuring that all building systems perform interactively according
to the design intent and the owner's operational needs. CEGG provides
professional building commissioning services beginning in the
design phase and continuing through construction, acceptance and
the warranty period with actual verification of performance. CEGG
is familiar with and utilizes the "Model Commissioning Plan
and Guide Specifications", USDOE/FEMP and "The HVAC
Commissioning Process", ASHRAE Guideline 1-1996 in developing
commissioning plans and specifications and performing building
